We are now accepting food, exhibitor and vendor applications for 2008.

NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS

A target of 75-100 artist & craft exhibitors shall be established for this event. All Artist-Crafters will be juried according rules of The Cleveland Apple Festival™ Committee (selected) in house on an ongoing basis until all space is sold. There is a $3.00 "jury fee." We make every effort to limit the number of exhibitors in each category. An even mix of categories will be established.

EXHIBITOR FEES:

•  Jury Fee: $3.00 (non refundable, no jury fee for food vendors)
•  Artist and crafters spaces:

$45 before June 1st, 2008
$60 after June 1st, 2008


DEADLINE:

The deadline to request an application is October 3rd, 2006 however, each category type will be filled on a first come first served basis. It is recommended that you apply as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE:

  • Jury fee checks will be cashed upon receipt or collected via online through PayPal payable to PayPal account - lewis@clevelandapplefestival.com. There are no refunds for jury fees.
  • Notification: This show will be juried in process until the show is full. The deadline may be moved back if show is not yet filled. Notification will occur within two and one half weeks of receipt of your application.
  • Some promotional materials are provided with the Exhibitors confirmation packet for Exhibitors wishing to advertise the event.

VENDOR SETUP TIMES

  • Set-Up: Saturday 6:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.  
  • YOU MUST BE SET UP AND YOUR VEHICLE REMOVED FROM FESTIVAL AREA BY 9:30AM
  • CHECK IN ends at 9:15am. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN AFTER THIS TIME.
  • Gates Open: Saturday 10:00 a.m. and 1pm on Sunday
  • Festival Ends: 6:00 p.m.
  • EARLY PACKING CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF YOUR AGREEMENT AND YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO RETURN FOR FUTURE EVENTS
  • Tear down and Exit: Sunday 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Booth  space is 12' by 12' with a small space between each booth.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

The Cleveland Apple Festival™ "juries" before sending out agreements. YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION and RETURN OF YOUR PHOTOS within 2 and 1/2 weeks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 photos of your work (emailing is fine)
  • 1 photo of your display
  • A written description of your process and materials or medium

You may email your information or use the regular mail. For the return of your photos sent via regular and to receive applications, please include a self-addressed, stamped, #10 (business size or larger) envelope with sufficient postage.

Painters must offer at least 1/3 of their booth of original art when selling reproductions. All reproductions must be clearly identified as such. Photographers may offer only signed, limited editions prints. Strung beads are only permitted if the beads are handmade or the stringing is complex.

If you sign an agreement/contract for this event you are expected to remain for the entire two days. EARLY PACKING, WITHOUT PERMISSION IS CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT.

We can accept cash, cashiers check, money order or PayPal for jury fee & booth rent.
