1 photo of your display (if available)
For Artist/Crafters: A written description of your process and materials or medium
You will receive notification and return of your photos within 2 and1/2 weeks. We make every effort to limit the number of exhibitors in each category.
You may email your information, complete our electronic form online or use the regular mail. For the return of your photos sent via regular and to receive applications, please include a self-addressed, stamped, #10 (business size or larger) envelope with sufficient postage.
We can accept cash, cashiers check, money order or PayPal for jury & booth fees. For PayPal send payment to Lewis@clevelandapplefestival.com
